Your tasks
- Planning and control of the entire electronic area
- Development and implementation of strategies to increase efficiency
- Assumption of project responsibility in technical and economic terms
- Technical processing of procurement processes (inquiries, orders, checking manufacturer documents)
- Close cooperation with all other departments
- Management and coordination of the electrical engineering team
What you bring to the table
- Completed engineering studies in the field of electrical engineering and/or a comparable qualification as a master craftsman in electrical engineering
- Professional experience in project management would be desirable
- In-depth knowledge of VOB and DIN
- Experience with E-Plan would be desirable
- Experience in personnel management
- You are persuasive and a strong negotiator in discussions as well as motivating and emphatic in employee management
- You work in a forward-looking, structured and cost-sensitive manner
