To accomplish this mission, Jütro TKK employs state-of-the-art freezer technology 24 hours a day. But sub-zero temperatures alone do not make a high-quality food product.
Stringent incoming goods inspection ensures that only the best ingredients are used, while high-precision, computer-assisted control systems monitor ongoing production, ensuring the high quality and safety of our food.
However, the machine has not yet been invented that can judge whether a meal tastes good. Therefor we have our in-house product development department which refines existing recipes and develops completely new dishes that accord with the tastes of our time.
The recipes may change, but the quality remains the same.
