Your tasks
- Organising and supervising shift processes
- Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards
- Leading, motivating and training the production team
- Coordinating with other departments such as production planning, quality assurance and warehousing
- Collaborating on process optimisation
- Documenting and reporting on production processes
What you bring to the table
- Completed vocational training in food technology, industrial foreman or technician with a production-related specialisation
- Leadership skills, ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
- Confident MS Office skills and good ability to use material management systems
