Shift Supervisor (m/f/d)

What You Bring:
  • Completed training in food technology, industrial master or technician with production-relevant specialization
  • Experience in food production is desirable

Your Responsibilities:
  • Organizing staff deployment at production lines in close cooperation with production management
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with production quantities and quality specifications
  • Responsible for maintaining technical and hygienic standards (HACCP/IFS)
  • Optimization of production processes
  • Daily shift handover and close communication with other shifts and production management
  • Personnel management for up to 40 employees

Maintenance Employee (m/f/d)

What You Bring:
  • Successfully completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician, automation technician, or in another electrical profession
  • Work experience in an industrial company in the maintenance sector is desirable
  • PLC knowledge and skills in programming frequency converters are desirable
  • Independent and responsible working method
  • Team player, not afraid of heights
  • Willingness to work shifts – We operate exclusively in a three-shift system
Your Responsibilities:
  • Electrical/electronic and mechanical maintenance, care, and repair of our machines and systems
  • Troubleshooting and error correction
  • Programming our control and drive technology

  • Safe handling of circuit and wiring diagrams
  • Project work

Specialist for Warehouse Logistics (m/f/d)

What You Bring:
  • Completed training as a specialist for warehouse logistics, or similar
  • Initial professional experience in the warehouse/logistics sector desirable
  • Experience in using inventory management systems desirable
  • Reliable, conscientious, and team-oriented working method
  • Authorization to operate industrial trucks
Your Responsibilities:
  • Receiving goods
  • Provision of raw materials for production
  • Provision of finished goods for dispatch
  • Loading and unloading of trucks
  • Storage and retrieval operations in high-bay warehouses
  • Recording all warehouse movements in the inventory management system
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area

Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d)

What You Bring:
  • Completed vocational training in food technology, mechatronics, machine operator, machine setter, or electrician, or work experience in a comparable position
  • Knowledge in the food industry
  • PC skills
  • Reliable, conscientious, and team-oriented working method
  • Physical resilience
Your Responsibilities:
  • Setting up, converting, and operating production and packaging equipment
  • Checking and commissioning machine functions
  • Performing maintenance work
  • Cleaning production equipment

Production Worker (m/f/d)

What You Bring:
  • Experience in the food production sector is desirable

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assistance on packaging lines
  • Operating and loading machines and equipment
  • Random quality control
  • Cleaning work

Technical Manager Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

What You Bring:
  • You have a completed engineering degree in electrical engineering and/or a comparable qualification as a master electrician
  • Professional experience in project management would be desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of VOB or DIN standards
  • Experience in personnel management
  • You are convincing and strong in negotiations, as well as motivating and empathetic in staff management
  • You work proactively, structured, and cost-sensitive
Your Responsibilities:
  • Design and specification of electrical engineering components for low and medium voltage technology (including protection technology, motors, switchgear)
  • Sizing of cables according to current carrying capacity, voltage drop, protection, and installation methods
  • Taking project responsibility in technical and economic terms
  • Technical handling of procurement processes (inquiries, orders, review of manufacturer documentation)
  • Experience with E-Plan would be desirable
  • Close cooperation with all other departments
  • Leadership and coordination of the electrical engineering team

Clerk for Specification and Design Inspection (m/f/d)

What You Bring:
  • Professional experience in quality assurance, ideally product development would be desirable
  • Fast, reliable, and accurate working method
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office
Your Responsibilities:
  • Revision, review, and creation of specifications
  • Maintenance of customer-specific databases for marketing and specification
  • Processing customer requirements
  • Creation of summaries
  • Support in complaint processing
  • Support and maintenance of item master data in our inventory management system
  • Collaboration in quality-relevant areas such as HACCP, sustainability tasks, etc.
  • Contribution and development of presentations

Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d)

What you bring:
  • Completed food technology training, industrial master or technician with production-relevant specialization or similar
  • Experience in food production is desirable
  • Solid MS Office skills and good knowledge of handling inventory management systems
  • Strong commitment
  • Communication and leadership skills, and the ability to balance diplomatic
    assertiveness and team-oriented action
Your tasks:
  • Supporting the head of quality assurance in defining and implementing quality policy
  • Active control of the existing product safety system of the quality department
  • Active participation in the IFS quality management system, support of internal/external audits, as well
    as handling customer requirements and complaints
  • Collaboration in areas like organic, FSC, MSC, and HACCP.
  • Support in expanding our international business and participation in
    sustainability projects.
  • Processing and creating specifications and product questionnaires
